Astley House
Astley House was acquired in the latter part of 2025. Enabling works are underway and a planning application has been made to RBKC to refurbish and improve the building including creation of a roof terrace. Astley House forms the 3rd building in the regeneration Beltane are undertaking of Newcombe House (Number 1 and 2 Notting Hill Place).
