In partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon, Beltane completed the redevelopment and refurbishment of this 75,000 sq ft office redevelopment in 2024, adding three storeys to a 1960s extension and terraces with urban greening. In 2025, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) signed a 10-year lease on the entire building for the firm's London teams.
