A 140,000 sq.ft. office redevelopment on behalf of Topland Group, pre-let to tech giant TikTok in 2025 on a 10-year lease. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects and completed in 2025, the project retains 81% of the original structure to deliver wellness-led, BREAAM Excellent workspaces with extensive biophilic terraces. Adjacent to the iconic Barbican Estate, the development’s two entrances are connected by an internal ‘street’, creating a spacious and welcoming entrance area. A richly planted ground floor external lightwell opens into this space, bringing in additional natural light.
